Breakfast: oatmeal packet with 2% milk, green tea
Lunch, to be decided in a couple hours. Dinner, small and sensible.
My little changes goal is to have the next three days of the week, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, be all perfect eating and exercise days. I'm not looking beyond those three. I think I can manage three.
I plan on being busy. Morton has a three day weekend (he's off on Monday) and we are either going to tackle our very messy garage and get it organized to the state that I can at least walk through it without getting hurt. If we don't do that, we are going to do something that involves some sort of AWESOME exercise...stay tuned!
