As this month is whizzing by, like they all do, the end of the year is approaching at warp speed.
My weight has been about the same, with my eating habits staying just good enough to not put any more on, but the downside is, the scale hasn't been going down.
This morning I woke up early...very early. I got a bag packed for the gym and I'm going to TRY to actually go there each and every day (except Sundays) for the rest of this month.
Health wise I've been feeling great. The knees are doing good, able to get up and down from the floor without any assistance (unless you call Alexander using his BIG MUSCLES to help Grandma up!) and I have a lot to be happy about.
It is easy to lose sight of long term goals so I'm trying to do as many things possible without overwhelming myself to GET and STAY motivated. It is easy in this cold weather to want to hibernate, but I know I have to keep moving to keep losing.
With me an weight loss, losing is really winning!
So this morning I'm just going to have a cereal bar on my way to the gym, do things there and then head over to my daughters to watch the kids for an hour or so. That should put me at 11 am with still plenty of time to decorate my porch and get all the pine branches hung up and red ribbons tied.
Also on my TO DO list today is to keep voting for the Pepsi grant for the Mark Twain Boyhood Home & Museum in Hannibal, Missouri. You can do it here>http://www.refresheverything.com/savemarktwain it's easy, instant gratification that you have done a good deed and they have moved from 340th position to number 16!
If you are in the area, I'm going to be at the York Fairgrounds on Sunday at a craft show, selling jewelry that I make. Come on out and say HELLO! It should be a fun day and I haven't done a craft show for ages.
Make today an incredible Friday! Off to the gym...brrrrrr...but not for long!
